Service Description

In the Initial consultation we will open a discussion to better understand you! We will cover diet and daily routine, exercise, lifestyle practices as well as relationships, work and sleep. this will give me an idea of who you are as a whole so we can determine what is in balance and what is out of balance. 2.5hr The following visit will be a summary of the initial conversation and my findings along with a treatment plan. 1.5hr
